| St. Lawrence Award from the St. Lawrence Economic Development Council (SODES) for remarkable services that allowed the tanker Rio Orinoco to be recommissioned after it ran aground on the reefs off Anticosti Island in October 1990 with 9,000 tons of asphalt in its holds.

Less than 10% of foreign ships hold this certificate identifying high quality vessels. |
